The fund, in public.
Every figure below comes from the same ledger sponsors see on their dashboards. It updates as money moves; each month is closed and frozen on the 1st. Zeros are shown as zeros.

After the first closing
The fund's wallet address is published here when giving opens.
No months to show yet. The first bar appears with the first gift.
Homes the fund helped buy
No household has closed yet. Each purchase will appear here: its price against the typical home in its town that month, with no names or addresses.
Recent gifts
No gifts yet. The first one will appear here within minutes of arriving. Give
Gifts are listed by amount and transaction only; card and bank gifts are processed by Stripe and reconciled against its records every night. Sponsors are never named here unless they choose recognition on the Sponsors page.
What each figure means
- Received
- Every gift, valued in dollars at the moment it arrived. USDC at $1.00; ETH and cbBTC at the one-minute Coinbase price for the block they arrived in. Transfers worth less than $1, which are almost always spam, are kept on the chain record but not counted.
- In reserve
- Money set aside so every commitment to a household can be met even if new gifts slow down.
- Committed
- Assistance promised to households under signed agreements and not yet paid out.
- Paid out
- Assistance paid to closings. Every payment needs two separate staff approvals.
- Recycled
- Recoverable assistance repaid when a home was sold or refinanced, available to help the next buyer.
- Operating costs
- What running the program cost: counseling, review, systems and staff. Published, not hidden in other lines.
- Unallocated
- Received plus recycled, less everything above: money not yet assigned to a household, a reserve or a cost.
- Cost per household
- Paid out plus operating costs, divided by households who closed. Shown once the first household closes.
How the monthly close works: at 06:00 UTC on the 1st, the previous month's totals are computed from the ledger and written to a row that can never be changed. Corrections found later appear as new entries in the month they are made, never as edits to a closed month.
